🔄 Return Policy
• We accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and unworn.
• The product should be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• Proof (clear pictures or video) must be shared with our customer support.
💰 Refund Policy
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or bank transfer, as per mutual agreement.
• Processing time for refunds may take 7–10 working days.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Customized sizes
• Sale or discounted items
• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
📦 Return Shipping
• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping charges.
• For all other approved returns, shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
